FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long can I use an on-premises license?
You may use any software version released during your valid license period indefinitely. Versions released after your license expires are not included. To use those versions, you will need to renew your license.
Is vistrax Cloud-ready?
Yes. vistrax Server can be hosted on a Windows host. Communication uses HTTP (port 80) or HTTPS (port 443) and requires TCP only. Data exchange is based on REST / JSON API. All data packages are encrypted.
How can I activate a purchased full license?
You can activate your full license on the License Activation page. You will need the activation code you received with your purchase and the Hardware-ID of the Windows server on which vistrax Server is installed. You will then receive a personalized license key, which you must enter in the vistrax Config Tool. The vistrax Server Service must then be restarted.
We have a complex system environment. Can you support us with an implementation project?
Yes. An implementation project can be requested, ensuring a smooth rollout and rapid time to value. Billed based on time and effort.
Do you accept orders on invoice?
Payment by invoice for on-premises packages/licenses and online store purchases is available to existing customers only. Monthly fees for cloud packages/licenses can only be paid through the payment service provider Mollie.
