Typical visit preparation in the Web-Client
Employees and departments register their visitors independently, send invitations and store all relevant information. The prepared visits are then available centrally in the vistrax Core Application.
1. Open the Web-Client
Employees open the Web-Client directly in the browser – no installation needed. Depending on their permissions, they see only their own visits, their department's visits or all visits on site.
They create new visits, change existing ones and see who is already on site.
2. Prepare the visit
Visits can be created in advance in the Web-Client, capturing key information such as visitor name, company, host, purpose and time of visit.
Reception sees the fully prepared visit in the Core Application.
If required, vistrax automatically sends configurable email invitations to the visitor and the host. Invitations can include additional information such as contact details, calendar files, PDF attachments and a QR code or barcode for self-service check-in at the Kiosk.
